Every defence force of the world follows a hierarchy of persons working in it. This hierarchy consists of different posts i.e. commissioned post, junior commissioned post and non-commissioned post that goes from top to bottom. The persons with the commissioned posts are called the ‘officer’ and with the non-commissioned are called as ‘Jawan’. The importance of Non-commissioned personnel’s is equal to that of commissioned personnel’s. So, along with commissioned entries Indian Armed Forces also recruit candidates for Non-commissioned posts. Indian Army is the second largest army in the world due to its manpower. Indian Armed forces provide opportunity to have
