1,000 drones by IIT-Delhi startup in Beating Retreat ceremony on Republic Day
The annual Beating the Retreat ceremony, which takes place in the national capital on January 29, will have a show of nearly 1,000 drones by a IIT-Delhi-based startup to commemorate 75 years of the country’s independence, senior officials of the defence ministry said on Tuesday. Moreover, for the first time, on the parapet of the north block and the south block, there will be a laser projection mapping show to commemorate 75 years of independence, they added. BSF To Test Anti-Drone System At Border Area
Border Security Force (BSF) has asked the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) to bring prototype anti-drone systems to Jammu and Punjab sectors for real-time testing.
