CHANGE OF COMMAND OF WESTERN FLEET – REAR ADMIRAL VINEET McCARTY TAKES OVER AS CDR OF THE SWORD ARM The ‘Sword Arm’ of Indian Navy, the Western Fleet, underwent a change of guard on 15 Nov 22.
