BRO (Border Roads Organization) Creates World’s Highest Motorable Road
Border Roads Organization (BRO) has set a new world record by building a motorable road at an altitude of more than 19,300 feet near the Umlingla Pass in eastern Ladakh.
Defense Minister Rajnath Singh will Celebrate Dussehra With Troops In Forward Area In Sikkim
Defense Minister Rajnath Singh will be on a two-day visit to Darjeeling and Sikkim on October 24 and 25 respectively. He will perform Shastra Puja with the soldiers and will spend time with them on the auspicious day of Dussehra. At the same time, he will inaugurate an infrastructure project built by the Border Roads Organization (BRO). The Defense Minister’s Office gave this information on Friday. This defense minister’s visit will boost the morale of the soldiers. The Defense Minister has decided to celebrate Dussehra with troops in the border area near the Line of Actual Control (LAC) in Sikkim
