Indian Armed forces starts the recruitment for the candidates at their very young age. Indian Armed forces might be the only job provider that recruits such young candidates. The basic reason is to train them well as they are going to do the most important job of all i.e. protecting the Nation. Hence, the opportunity for most of the vacancies for a candidate ends very soon as most of it are for age 16-19 only. Due to which many candidate think that they lost the opportunity to be an officer in Indian Armed Forces. Just to clear their confusion here
