Indian Army Brings 3+1 Model for Young Officers Training The four-year training model will ensure that young officers in the Indian Army units serve the country for one additional year. The Indian Army has decided to have a four-year (3+1) model for entry level officers, under the Indian Army Technical Entry Scheme (TES).
