President Ram Nath Kovind administered the oath of office of Chief Information Commission (CIC) to Bimal Julka. The Bimal Julka is a 1979 batch retired IAS officer of Madhya Pradesh Cadre. He has been posted as Secretary in the Ministry of information and Broadcasting.
