Indian Army Gets First ‘Make In India’ Hand Grenades

For the first time, a private sector company in India has manufactured grenades and handed over the first batch to the Indian Army in the presence of Defense Minister Rajnath Singh. These Multi-Mode Hand Grenades (MMHG) have been manufactured by Nagpur-based Economic Explosives Limited in collaboration with Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO).
