Dynamic Factor Test In Indian Air Force X And Y Examination

Indian Air Force Conducts examination for the recruitment of Airmen in Indian Air Force named as Airforce ‘X’ (Technical) and Air Force Y ( Non-Technical) Examination twice a Year.

As you all know Indian Air Force has recently released the Results for the Written examination i.e. phase-I of the examination and also the admit card for the Phase-II of the examination.

Most of the candidates will be unaware about the new test that has been added in the Air Force X& Y selection procedure.

Here we are providing the New Selection Procedure for Air Force X&Y 2020 batch.

(a) Written Test:

An Online test will be conducted on various centres allotted by Indian Air Force. Marking Pattern for Written Test will be 01 mark for every correct answer and 0.25 marks shall be deducted for each wrong answer. The test will comprise of four subjects English ( common subject for X and Y both) Maths, Physics ( For X group) and RAGA ( for Y group)

(b) Physical Fitness Test:

PFT would consist of 1.6 Km run to be completed within 06 minutes 30 seconds. Candidates shall also have to complete 10 Push-ups, 10 Sit-ups and 20 Squats within the stipulated time.

(c) Adaptability Test-1:

All candidates who pass the Written Test & PFT will have to undertake Adaptability Test-1. It is basically Group discussion task to be clear by the candidates.

(d) Adaptability Test-2:

All candidates who pass Adaptability Test-1 will have to undertake Adaptability Test-2. In this students will get a question paper on SRT’s which they have to qualify.

(e) Dynamic Factor Test (DFT):

All candidates who pass Adaptability Test-2 will have to undertake Dynamic Factor Test.

Dynamic Factor Test will contain an English Paper of  20 questions having Synonyms, Antonyms & Fill in the blanks having duration of 20 minutes only.

(e) Medical Test:

It shall be conducted by the Indian Air Force Medical Team after they qualify the following  mentioned above and as per IAF medical standards. Medical Examination would include the Baseline Investigation of:

• Blood Haemogram – Hb, TLC, DLC
• Urine RE/ME
• Biochemistry:- (i) Blood Sugar Fasting & PP (ii) Serum Cholesterol (iii) Urea, Uric acid, Creatinine (iv) LFT- Serum Bilirubin, SGOT, SGPT (d) X-Ray chest (PA view) (e) ECG (R) (f) Tests for Narcotic Drug and Psychotropic Substance Abuse.
