Report for formation of theatre command to be received by April 2022
The Department of Military Affairs has sought a report from the three services in connection with the establishment of a unified theatre command of the three armies for warfare. Lt Gen Nav Kumar Khanduri on Monday took over as the Commander-in-Chief of the Western Command. He has succeeded Lt Gen RP Singh as the Commander-in-Chief of the Western Command.
