Indian Army Completes Cyclothon To Celebrate 1971 War Victory Golden Jubilee
On the occasion of the Golden Jubilee of the victory of the Indian Armed Forces in the 1971 war between India and Pakistan, the Indian Army has concluded the 1971 km long Cyclothon at Longewala in Rajasthan. The Indian troops started the cyclothon from Lakhpat in Gujarat on 26 November. Ministry of Defense will deploy Volunteers who will raise funds for the families of martyrs and Divyang soldiers
The Union Home Ministry will deploy Volunteers at the four entry and exit gates of North Block in New Delhi on 7 December to collect funds for the families of soldiers who lost their lives on duty or disabled. 7 December is observed as Armed Forces Flag Day and is being funded at the request of the Ministry of Defense. RBI directs HDFC Bank to stop selling new credit cards
The Reserve Bank of India has asked a private sector lender, HDFC Bank, to discontinue the new sourcing of credit cards to customers on a temporary basis, along with its digital launch. Indian Army soldiers will get 11 years house allowance
The central government has made a rule for the three army soldiers. In which the soldiers who live on rent can take house allowance under the Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme – MACPS based on rank.
