Trishul Defence Academy’s founder Late Wing Commander Anoop Mehrotra was veteran of Indian Air Force and fomer alumni of the Defence Institution, National Defence Academy (NDA). He was a cadet of NDA 60th Course. He passed out from NDA and commissioned as a flying officer in Indian Airforce. He was commissioned as a bombered Pilot in the Indian airforce in the year 1982. He played an active role in operation Pawan. The year 1996 saw him qualifying as a GTO ( Group Testing Officer). As a Group Testing Officer he has additionally served in a different selection boards of Air Force (Varanasi, Mysore) and Army (Allahabad) for a long time.
He has additionally broadly educated numerous understudies as a psychological officer in 19 SSB board Allahabad. Post retirement from Indian Airforce he had continued inspiring the youth to endeavour to join Indian Armed Forces.
Being one of the pioneers in Defence stream education Late Wing Commander Anoop Mehrotra Sir established the first Defence coaching institute in Allahabad- Trishul Defence Academy in 2003 which has made history by giving the most noteworthy selection rate in NDA, CDS , AF, Navy and so forth like examinations just as in SSB Interview. Under his direction till 2021 Trishul Defence Academy had given in consistent success rate of selections at India level in both officer and non-officer category in all three wings (Indian Army, Indian Air Force, Indian Navy).
In 2021 after battling Covid-19 disease he took his last breath. He might not be with us today but still his classic legacy of success, determination, discipline, motivation and leadership acts as a source of inspiration for all of us.
